After lots of interest in my Anxiety Workshops in 2025, I am opening up two exclusive and intimate Groups to explore Anxiety and build your capacity to tackle anxiety in all aspects of life.

Groups are limited to 4 people and will run for 6 weeks at a time, with 1.5 hours per session.

Both groups begin on Sunday 22nd February and end on Sunday 29th March. 

Group 1: Sundays @9:30AM & Group 2: Sundays @3:00PM

Pricing Packages
Early-bird pricing (Book your spot by November 30th)- $797 for the entire 6 sessions and an additional  1 hour Individual Session to utilise at any time.
Regular pricing (Book your spot after November 30th)- $997 for the entire group sessions.
